Itinerary:
In the morning at approximately 6:00 a.m., we will meet at the main square of Ayacucho, where our transport will be waiting to take us to Sacsamarca.
All the way to our destination, it will take us approximately 4 to 5 hours, that is why we will make two stops, the first will be in Condorccocha, where you can have breakfast on your own and stretch your legs before continuing, the second stop will be in Huanca Sancos, where those who have not tradio a snack can buy something to eat in the afternoon.
After such a long wait, we will reach the Pachapupum Volcano, a masterpiece sculpted by nature itself, with its distinctive conical shape. We will ascend to the top of the crater through steps formed by natural erosion.
Once at the summit, you will have the opportunity to marvel at the impressive 10-meter diameter opening that characterises Pachapupum. As you peer into this deep hole, you can observe the bubbling water, heated by the fiery bowels of the earth.
Millennia ago, nature sculpted small pools around the crater, filled with mineral-laden waters such as salt and sulphur. You will be able to immerse yourself in these natural pools and take advantage of their benefits; don't forget to bring your swimming suit to fully enjoy this unique experience!
Finally, we will have our free time to rest so you can eat the lunch you brought with you.
We will be ending the tour with the return to Ayacucho, arriving at approximately 8:00 pm.
Departures are only on Saturdays and Sundays.
