Amazing location. Small rooms....lifts mostly out of order.

I found this property well maintained with friendly staff and brilliant location. My room was extremely small. A very weird shape which made it really hard to unpack and actually have a good lay out so things would be comfortable. There was no where to put your suitcase so that took up even more room and took up more space. The room was extremely dark as there was on tiny window in the far corner. The furniture was outdated and the television is tiny and even more outdated. The location is great, that is the real reason why i chose this hotel. On my next return I will try and find another hotel in the same area. One that is far more modern and where rooms are a little larger. I travel through Europe a lot and understand the sizing of rooms but this was far below satisfaction. I had something go wrong when i was there and the staff that i spoke to promised me that things would be sorted out asap. 36 hours later I had heard nothing from the staff and when i questioned them again the next day they had done nothing about it and treated my problem like it wasn’t a major concern. So i was really disappointed with my stay.

Best Seven Dials Location

In the heart of Seven Dials, close to Covent Garden, Soho, Chinatown, Theatres, great location. Rooms a bit small and outdated.

Excellent hotel and convenient

The hotel is so centrally located being right between Liecester Square and Covent Garden yet the steet that its in is not a main thoroughfare. Inside is clean and calm. Rooms are not large. Some may find the rooms small but for me it was fine and comfortable.
