Great place to stay!
This hotel is not the Ritz, but I would definitely stay there again---or in one of its sister hotels in London. It was convenient: across from tube stop, restaurants on both sides, Sainsbury’s (wonderful grocery) 5 min. walk away. We had one problem only: a shower that wanted to "rain" on the bathroom! We were given extra towels (more than we could actually use) to mop up, etc. The immaculate kitchen, while tiny, was fully stocked with everything to prepare and serve meals, plus a dishwasher to clean up. This room had not yet been renovated, and I think those that have been would be marvelous. Ours was just a bit tired in the decor dept., but that is not what our trip was about. For sleeping, bathing, eating, and convenience it was perfect.

Good apartment hotel in central London
We had no problems signing in. The keys we were given worked only about 80% of the time. The room was nice with a small but very usable kitchenette. It was well supplied with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. We saved a mint making our own meals. The fold out bed was OK. The AC was good. The location is perfect. Many of London’s sights are within walking distance.

Great Place for Central London
Was awesome, loved having my own kitchen and bathroom and the size of the room was very spacious for Central London. :)
