Overall we had a great time and enjoyed seeing and doing so many fun things. The location was perfect we are excited to stay again with a group of our closest friends.

Great building, room, and food; but, where was the service??
At check in I was put in a very small room with an immediate view of the roof and support beams of the bottom floor of a part of the hotel. I asked to move and was moved only after paying a significant nightly charge. I made a 4 minute long distance phone call and was alarmed at the charge. I was charged a large nightly fee for valet, a service that is almost essential for the location. The valet and bell staff was not impressive. Every time I went out the front door, it seemed like they were all just hanging around having a good time not helping anyone, unless there happened to be a cute girl pulling up in a car or going into the hotel. The restaurant was good and I had a great server. The front desk staff was pleasant and generally accommodating, except for the additional room charge for a decent room.

Se San Diego is nice
The hotel was great inside. VERY nice staff and clean hotel. The only problem was the HIGH cost of parking.
