great hotel

Hotel was great. Great location, can walk just about everywhere. Room service and housekeeping very efficient. Great rooftop lounge. Breakfast buffet was good but a little expensive. Would definitely return. Only recommendation would be to make front desk staff a little more knowledgable about area. My husband became ill and staff did not know nearest emergency room or if a 24 hour pharmacy was available. Otherwise all was great!!!

Not impressed

Paid cash for room service, however, I signed the receipt thinking I needed to sign for proof we received the food and ended up paying at check out again for the room service. Very unhappy with that. Debating on whether or not we will stay there again. Book a refrigerator a year in advance through Expedia, upon check in we were told there were no more refrigerator. There was not a microwave in the room, most hotels have that, not this one. They just charge you twice for room service. The desk clerk upon check out must have had a bad night as his attitude was not the best when I told him we paid cash for the room service. He looked at me and said "apparently you didn’t." Needless to say I expressed my feelings on the matter and told him I wasn’t impressed with his attitude. I have give a $20 dollar bill and said keep the $5 dollars this hotel apparently needs it more than I do since they charge twice for room service.

Great time, great location!

I had planned a weekend away with my boyfriend and being so centrally located was key. The staff was helpful, very friendly, informative...couldn’t have asked for better. Our room had a fabulous view, was clean and had every amenity we needed. Oh, I can’t forget the bowls of candy at the front desk!! : ) We will definitely be back.
