Great hotel at a great location
Our stay at the hotel was great. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded at no cost when we were checked in. The room was clean and also had a great view of the city. The hotel lobby was clean and smelled great, they always had candles lit outside, which smelled nice. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would likely stay again. Thank You.

NYC on the Ave
The hotel and room were as expected. A bit small, but you do get your own bathroom. Plus, you can’t beat the location of the hotel for the price.

Great location, great value.
My wife and I went to NYC to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The concierge, Chris, was more than generous with his time in explaining some of the nuances with the subway and gave us good recommendations on places to eat. The Upper West Side was an ideal location for us and for the things we wanted to do and see and this hotel is only a couple of blocks from a subway station for some of those lower Manhanttan trips, which you can get to very quickly with the subway. The diner across the street is a great place to eat breakfast and more than affordable. If you stay here, you gotta eat there and you will be surprised by the price. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks at the Fatty Crab and would recommend that as well. The rooms aren’t huge, but that is expectedin NYC. The bathroom was small, but updated and nice. The rooftop terrace is a great feature also. Overall, it was a great experience in a very nice hotel and I would certainly recommend to anyone going to NYC.
