not a good value
We stayed there for 2 nights in August 2010 and went to Disney. Bad: The sheets and towels had stains on them. There was no concierge service and no one at information desk. They charge for towels by the pool and internet service in the room is EU 6 for 3 hours. Good: The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a coffee maker in the room with some free coffee and tea. Conclusion: We could find better value for the money.

Dreamcastle
STAY AWAY! Hotel was a major disappointment. I think it worth it to pay a little more and stay at an ACTUAL disney property, Hotel ammenities are sub-standard for a 4* hotel. Small, dirty pool and unkept common areas. Other downsides include: * Front desk staff can sell disney tickets but otherwise no absolutely nothing about the park. * Shuttle to disney requires you to stop at several other hotels en-route to the park (there and back). Not handy for shuttling from TGV station with bags. Shuttle was overcrowded and stinky from all the people jammed in there. * Buffet breakfast was sub-par. The two mornings we ate there, buffet was not replenished and looked unclean & "picked over" * Hotel advertises wi-fi in the bar. I paid for wi-fi but couldnt pick up signal. Tried to connect in room without success. Had to pay additional fee to use a shared hotel computer. Big headache, hotel staff clueless. * It was an ordeal requesting towels. We paid for a family room w/ 2 beds and bunkbeds and first night there were only hand towels in the room. When requested bath towels from front desk, the attendant acted like we stole the towels and was reluctantant to give us any,

Would return to this hotel.
Nice rooms, family oriented, bus service to park every 20 minutes, good breakfast, pricey dinner with no alternatives, pool, spa, good a/c, nice bathroom.
