Rien à dire globalement, c'était parfait à l'exception d'une grosse fuite d'eau dans le garage au n-1 et une chute sur un sol très glissant, sans doute à cause des résidus des véhicules. Plus de peur que de mal. Pour le reste, c'était parfait !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le personnel est très professionnel et chaleureux, la chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et l’emplacement est idéal il y a tout à côté (restaurants, commerces, transports), ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Parkeren was een uitdaging, onder het hotel is een parkeergarage die er erg vervallen en slecht uitziet, hotel heeft een eigen gedeelte wat iets beter en afgesloten is maar dit staat nergens aangegeven. Signalering zou veel beter kunnen of iig instructie vooraf. Door renovatie rondom het pand is de bereikbaarheid slechter dan normaal en ziet het er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Kamer en service zijn prima en personeel heel vriendelijk!

Réservation pour 2 nuitées en chambre Standard à l'hôtel de Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le personnel d'accueil est disponible, courtois et à l'écoute. Les chambres "Standard", ne sont pas au niveau d'un hôtel de 4*. Une odeur désagréable remonte dans les toilettes. La VMC de la salle de bain n'est pas suffisamment puissante. Le système de ventilation chauffage de la chambre est bruyante et claque. La télévision n'est pas fixée à l'horizontale sur le mur et le pouf coussin est couvert de tâches. Néanmoins, ce n'est pas un problème de ménage, la chambre est propre mais je pense que ces chambres de l'hôtel 4*, ont besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement.

2ème réservation dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été tres satisfaits de la 1ère, le mois dernier : grande chambre, bien insonorisée, côté cour intérieure, grande douche à l'italienne. Cette fois-ci, pour un prix similaire, une petite chambre, mal insonorisée, côté rue et contiguë à l'escalier, une petite salle de bain, des toilettes minuscules, l'ensemble correspondant davantage à un établissement 2* vieillot.

Séjour 1 nuit avant visite à Disneyland Paris. Très bon accueil Idéalement placé. Buffet petit déjeuner superbe. Possibilité de parking en sous-sol très bien. Chambre propre. Salle de bain également. Frigo propre mais chaud et Clim portative qui a le mérite d’exister mais pas de mode d’emploi pour l’utiliser et on cherche toujours comment mettre la sortie d’air chaud!

Nous sommes assez mitigé suite à notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car l'hygiène du matelas était douteux, nous avons eu une autre chambre très propre. Les lits sont confortables quoique un peu dur. Ils n'y que des baignoires dans les salles de bains pas de douche dommage. L'hôtel est bien situé proche gare RER. Cependant nous avons été débité deux fois du montant du séjour, cela est très problématique. Nous avons été remboursé mais pas de geste commercial accordé pour cette erreur c'est vraiment dommage. Je ne suis pas sûre de revenir dans ces conditions.
