Great staff and location, room not so great...
The location was great, close to the convention center, the center city hot spots, etc.. Parking was expensive and inconvienent. The room was small, not enough storage, the cabinets were very high, no drawers, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The walls are not well insulated so you can hear the street sounds and the heater was loud. The staff was very nice and friendly but they can’t change the room, storage, sound, etc. $$$ for parking was just too much and you had to call every time you wanted your car 20 minutes in advance. While waiting, I got a coffee, which was $$ for a small cup and not very good did not make the wait any better. Have coffee for the guests for free while we wait, the noise from the city kept us up all night...

Plan to return
All the hotel staff, including the dining staff in the small restaurant there were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the stay. The hotel was very clean with a fresh modern decor. My only complaint was that is was difficult to find. The top of the building said Travelodge and there was only a placard sign on the street with the Four Points Sheraton name. We drove by several times before we saw it. The location was great for the Flower Show and a walkable distance to lots of shopping, dining and the Reading Terminal Market.

Excellent Philadelphia Hotel
This hotel stay was excellent, just a note: Some may consider parking in Philadelphia expensive, but I would say it is comparable to most other large cities
