To find an Expedia Special Rate (ESR) hotel conduct a search using our hotel search wizard. Only ESR hotels are labelled with the text “Expedia Special RateEcircled below.
How do I make an Expedia Price Promise claim?
You must provide our customer service representatives with all requested information relating to the competitor quote including:
- the address of the website on which the quote was obtained,
- the name of the hotel, and any price inclusions,
- the airline and flight number and
- the travel dates used to obtain the hotel or flight quote.

What can I use the coupon for?
You can use an Expedia Price Promise coupon when booking a minimum 2 night stay in an ESR hotel or holiday package. Bookings made with an Expedia Price Promise coupon must be made by July 31, 2010 and travel completed by December 31, 2010.
