To claim the Expedia Price Promise, make sure you’re eligible by checking off the following:

• Are travel dates the same?
• For a hotel booking, is the hotel,  room type and rate plan and cancellation policy the same?
• For a flight booking, is the airline, class, fare basis and cancellation policy the same?
• Is the quote from a New Zealand-based website and quoted in New Zealand dollars?
