"I always come to this hotel when I visit Bogota because the staff always make me feel welcome. When they say "pet friendly", they are very very pet friendly. They give us two beds and two bowls for our two dogs. The cleaning staff even give us four bottles of water for me, my girlfriend, and our two dogs. The location is very safe because it's across the street from the police station. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The food is great, with lots of choices. I wish there's a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet, but it's definitely not bad. I think the only bad thing about the rooms is that there's no heat in the rooms, so you can only make it cold."

"Is an OK hotel, no more than 3 stars. We had a bad experience, the AC did not work, we informed the staff, who were very helpful and professional, but even after the technician visited our room the AC still did not work properly. The room was HOT the entire stay (4 nights), it fell like 28-30C inside, and sleeping was horrible with the room so hot. Also, the windows are not sound proof, or at least ours were not, as the noise from the street is heard inside clearly, and there is a dico club in front of the hotel and we could hear the music every night until approx 3:30am, and after the music you can clearly hear the cars passing by. Definitely will not stay here next time in Bogota. I have to say, the staff is great, very helpful and friendly, but the property is a 2.5 stars at the most. I do not recommend this property at all."
