"Everything was great! 5start restaurant on rooftop! Also breakfast on the view was super great and the staff was really nice really polite and clean and respectful"

"Checar las pólizas del hotel & las políticas de expedia, si la reservation atraves de expedia 4 adultos y un niño joven, tuve que pagar por 2 habitación, los cual está bien no hay problema, al hacer el checking tuve que pagar $750 pesos mexicanos adicionales ya que mi hijo en las pólizas de ellos en un adulto ya que es mayor de 12 años, y como no fue registrado como adulto supuestamente solo la reservation aumaticamente cambiaba a 4 personas y el era el quinto adulto y requería pagar por el, cuando cada habitación era para 4 personas, lo cual serían 8 personas por 2 habitaciones, no me hace sentido"

"Everything was amazing loved that we got 1 water bottle per person per day as well and the staff was amazing also the elevators would not work unless you scanned your cars for the room so an extra level of security. We would definitely return not to mention all the local food stands at all hours of the day and night."

"Room was small and tight but overall the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. They only have one small elevator that goes up and down so sometimes it was a pain having to wait for the elevator, but overall great experience. Surprisingly this hotel provides free food and drinks 24/7 which was an added bonus. It is close to Zocalo, but during my stay they only had two entrances available to enter the area."

"We stayed in this beautiful hotel. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. While we arrived to the city, there were unforeseen circumstances that presented themselves In the area that affected the outside of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and escorted us to the hotel to avoid any troubles outside. The property was very clean and beautiful. The location of the hotel is very close to everything. I highly recommend this place!"
