I often stay at this hotel when I’m in town for work. The rooms are large and comfortable. I like having a separate desk and another table for eating. I am happy to save money on eating out, since there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The staff is pleasant and efficient. And all this comes at a very reasonable price.

While I loved this property because it is gorgeous, there were a few cons.. 1 I came as a single young lady and they placed me in a room all the way at the end of.a very long hall next to a staircase. It felt isolated and not that safe. 2) perks they gave none .. other hotels like the Aria comped their clubs and a few other things 3) charging $100 for a late checkout . SMH 4) The bartenders at the 24 hour bar attitudes were a little off putting. They were kind of rude actually not kind of they were completely rude and they only catered /paid attention to the ones they selected. Other than that the restaurants and food was great especially Miami Slice. Which seemed to be everyone’s favorite. Great selection of restaurants and something for everyone. The casino area was upscale . Great selection of tables . The rooms / beds were so comfortable and very clean. The pool area was awesome relaxing and the servers were very attentive. I didn’t make it to the spa this trip but it’s at the too of the list for next time . I would 100 percent recommend this place. But it’s the Fountain Bleu .. they don’t a recommendation or an introduction. They are luxury at its finest.
