We will gladly relay your feedback to the restaurant owner. (Cleaning service) We do provide a cleaning service per your request, we do so to ensure the safety of our housekeeping.It is true, there hasn't been any cell phone service here for as long as our town has existed. With that in mind, it is important to note that being in the wilderness does not grant us many options in regard to WiFi (The third-party company that provides WiFi for our hotel is Eterminals).With the help of Eterminals, we are doing what we can to find a solution to this common complaint. In the meantime, we do create a free hotspot for guests to use in the lobby. It's not much but we understand our guests need to connect and we understand that it can be a little intimidating to disconnect. All the best,

I'm sure you'd be happy to hear the first shipment of carpet arrived not too long ago and our maintenance team is currently installing new carpet in our rooms. We are sorry you didn't enjoy the coffee. :(As you may have noticed, being in the wilderness does not grant us many options regarding WiFi. However, we are doing our best to create a solution for this recurring complaint. We understand it can be daunting to disconnect and understand our guests' need to connect. We went over our guest services request log and could only find one request from you regarding wifi information. Yes, the wifi is provided by a 3rd party service. Unfortunately, being in the wilderness does not grant us many options. The cost is 10 per 24 hrs. 30 would be for 72 hrs. We understand the need to be connected so we also create a free hotspot with our computers for guests to use in the lobby. If your service stops working Eterminals would gladly refund your money or expand your wifi time. We apologize for sending you to an unclean room. We will host a meeting with our housekeeping staff to relay your experience. We hope you requested a new room after finding your assigned room unacceptably dirty. We would have gladly assigned you a new room and have sent someone to personally check the room for cleanliness before giving you access. Yes, unfortunately, water pressure is low due to water conservation protocol, we apologize. Thank you for your feedback on pillow size and security locks on doors. We will send maintenance to check the door locks in the room you stayed in. We will forward your dining experience to the restaurant owner immediately.We have some great concerns regarding your feedback on: "Sexually exploits wood carving outside of main entry" and " Un safe environment with local weirdos." Could you please get back to us and point out which of our bear carvings depict inappropriate and unacceptable behavior (there is a carving out front of a baby bear trying to climb its mama. Could this be what you are referring to and are you misconstruing?). Could you please help provide more information/clarification about these "local weirdos."
