"The hotel was very comfortable and convenient for me and my husband We came from New York and looked for Indonesian nuisance and I got it. The food the maintain were excellent. The staff Gadang, Dandi from house keeping and Edward from breakfast area were helpful. All staff were polite and respectful. My brother introduced Tentrem to me then I tried then I love it. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler. All fantastic and thank you Matur nuwun Yulia Wasonoredjo New York - USA"

"The room was spacious and clean when I arrived. However, after the first night, the cleaning staff did not clear out the dishes from the room service I ordered the previous night. The next day, they did not leave large towels in the bathroom, which I only noticed after getting out of the shower so I had to use hand towels. I ordered room service one night and the food was not good and cold. The location is quiet and within walking distance from some cafes and restaurants but a bit far from the main attractions. I also asked about tours to the famous temples and while the hotel could organize a driver, they could not help with organized tours other than offering to search online (which I ended up doing myself). The front desk staff was kind and tried their best to help."

"This property is very nice and extremely helpful staff. What I liked the mos is the proximity to the main street and attractions in the city. Especially Jalan Malioboro, this street is so fun full of people singing and having a great time."

"The location is excellent. But the hotel is not really up to Canadian standards. Poor water pressure and no hot water, not very clean. Stay if you aren’t picky and just need a place to sleep for a night. The staff was friendly. They provided toothbrushes, slippers, and water. "
