Marriott Yerevan is my preferred stay, with its beautiful surroundings. The staff, creating a homely atmosphere, is truly exceptional. The property and rooms' cleanliness, along with the executive lounge amenities, contribute to an overall amazing experience.

Staying at Marriott was great and the staff and service was excellent. Levon, who was very professional and courteous, greeted us at the door and was very helpful. The views of the Republic Square are very nice.

The property is unique in location and staff, but the interior outside the rooms needs to be updated. The rooms are fine and recently renovated. I have been a regular guest there for over a decade and won't stay at other places.

This is the worst booking ever the rooms were not ready I had to cancel my reservation and book another local hotel and Expedia wouldn’t refund my funds even though I didn’t stay they wouldn’t refund me!! I had to dispute it with my credit card company

I was disappointed by the executive lounge area. There was no service until late afternoon. It used to be much better. There was no breakfast or snacks in the morning. I won’t get executive room next time!

Whenever in Yerevan I stay at the Marriott for many reasons - It’s location on the square and next to restaurants and the Vernissage (shopping), the wonderful staff that caters to your every need, the fantastic breakfast and service etc. Best hotel in Yerevan - period.

Thank you Mamikon! Mamikon at the restaurant, super friendly and nice with great attitude… thanks much for introducing us to the delicious sour cherry jam….super ! Seda the chef with amazing omelette and pancakes, nice and polite. Stella and Maria friendly and super helpful. Seda ( number 2 ) friendly and nice. Mariana and other front desk staff very efficient and polite with the best attitude. Lounge was clean with warm delicious food 5-8pm The only problem was WIFI in our room. Very poor reception. I had to come out of room to be connected to WiFi either at lounge or restaurant. If the Wi-Fi problem was not that I could’ve given Marriott five out of five.

This property was lovely with a phenomenal location, but it was the staff that really set it apart. Yervand, who was working on the front desk, made our stay so amazing with his excellent recommendations, and general attitude. He was so, so helpful and really made our stay.

When we arrived they told us that dinner was included. When we went for dinner at 8:30 pm they told us that it was only until 8 pm and from then we would be charged. Very disappointing!!

Armenia is a beautiful country ! Marriott hotel was beautiful , clean, people were friendly, helpful . Food was delicious . The staff were amazingggg !!! Specially the bar area , the lobby the service was awesome!!!

We have been staying in Marriot- Yerevan since 2000. We returned to this hotel for New Year this year. The Hotel, although has the best location and the most classical building in Yerevan is way past due for a major renovation and remodeling. The entire building stinks, the bathrooms and sinks are tiny, the beds uncomfortable, the showers and vanities all outdated. This is the last time that I am staying here...
