Top Yellowstone National Park Hotel Reviews

The Roosevelt Hotel - Yellowstone
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful stay at the Roosevelt Hotel for our family of 8, ranging from 3 years to 73 years old. Clean, simple, refreshed, nicely air-conditioned rooms. The hotel was able to give us 3 rooms in the same complex so easy to move between rooms to visit and eat. Very nice continental breakfast. Office staff was wonderful. Good location as it was very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone and places to eat."

Blue Buffalo Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the cabin and the surrounding views"

Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Older property bathroom had ring around the tub not as clean as I would like . Good view and close location to the entrance. They were completely booked so our room wasn’t ready on time either."

Stage Coach Inn
8/10 Good
"Close to west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, etc. The lady in charge of breakfast was attentive and accommodating."

Yellowstone Westgate Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Sharon and Steve were so helpful. Friendly, helpful, and full of advice if we asked for it regarding routes, things to see, etc. We really appreciated their dediction to being so friendly and helpful."

Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park
10/10 Excellent
"The Canyon Lodge is in a great location right inside the park. We split our stay 2 nights at the Old Faithful Inn and 2 nights at the Canyon lodge. It was a good way to explore multiple areas of the park in depth. The Canyon Lodge rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The nearby eatery was convenient and had lots of choices. I highly recommend staying there - it can’t be beat if you want to explore the areas nearby."

Jackson Lake Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Convenient location, great activities, and the ciew of the tetons was amazing"

Lake Yellowstone Hotel & Cabins - Inside the Park
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in the cabin at lake Yellowstone. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was close by and made loading and unloading our vehicle easy. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My only small complaint was you had to pay for coffee in the morning at the hotel lobby. Other than that it was a beautiful place and a great way to see the sun rise over the mountains along lake Yellowstone!!"

Grant Village - Inside the Park
4/10 Poor
"Tried to give this place grace, unfortunately we have run out. Came into our room to find someone else’s used towels in our bathroom. Let the front desk know & chalked up to “oh they probably forgot to close the door to see that”. Okay. Requested our room be properly cleaned the next day. Then there was dirt underneath the blankets they place at the end of the beds. Strike 2. Then we put our kids in the shower & found hair all over the shower stall, & someone else’s box of soap still in there. Our shower was NOT cleaned & I am sorry, but for $330/night, our shower should AT LEAST be cleaned. Got in bed at 10:30pm & our sheets were stained, a giant yellow spot on one side, stains all over the sheets, pillow cases were yellow. We asked for room service to come change our sheets because I draw the line at sleeping in filth. Overall, I would never recommend staying here & it just makes me question staying in the national parks lodging all together, especially for the price. We are incredibly bummed & know they could be doing better. Double beds for a family is not ideal, and when you can see the queen size head board behind it, it makes you wonder why that changed. Unfortunately, once our beds were remade, the yellow sheets did not change. Just gross. Dust all over everything. It is TINY. Photos make it look brighter and more roomy. You hear everything around and above you. Photos show a keurig, it is not. We are so sad :("
