"The owner is the most attentive and accommodating man! Made sure we hade all we need, know where to go, even inquired as to where we were going…to make sure our experience was great. "Such a lovely Ryokan, the staff were all so kind and nice. Super friendly! Explained everything so well and offered pick up from a nearby train station and drop off at local monkey park. The baths were all so different and the vibes were really good. Would definitely go again! I'd recommend everyone ..."

"Service was excellent. Owner was super nice. This was a super convinient hotel to stay as the convinience store was located right across the street. The snow gear rental was one shop over. The nearest restuarant was 50 feet away. Would I return? 100% i would."
