Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. "I really enjoyed this hotel, but can’t rate it excellent due to some small points; no bin in the living area, just a small one in the bathroom; there was no bedside table/lamp, well there was but it was on the other side of the room which can be awkward when you switch the light off.
