"Birthday celebration for my husbands 60th birthday and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Complimentary upgrade given which was very much appreciated. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff were all so polite and attentive. The spa was amazing too. Highly recommended for a special celebration."

"The room was clean and spacious, however, the staff were rude and unhelpful! The pool was dared and looked dirty, the ‘lifeguard’ sat on his phone whilst we were in the pool. I wouldn’t go back, especially for the price!"

"Josie made us welcome from the start, sorted out the rooms. Didn't look too astonished regarding the sleeping arrangements of separate rooms for a married couple. Mainly as she had never heard how much I snore. The fisherman's friends on Saturday night were honestly wonderful, good value food, sensibly priced drinks. We had a ball."

"Potts Cottage has a beautiful setting and the accommodation is exceptional. We both loved the decor, space and how well equipped the cottage is. Everything you could need is provided and everything is high quality and immaculately clean. The terrace was perfect to relax with a drink. Both nearby pubs are great and felt really welcoming. The village trail (provided in the information pack) is well worth walking to explore Ufford. Christina's communications were really great and we felt very welcome. We will 100% be back again and highly recommend."

"We only stayed for 1 night but we were so impressed with how comfy, clean and spacious the lodge was and also the location of the hotel such a beautiful setting with the castle very close by really picturesque. Hotel staff were brilliant very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and the eggs Benedict were perfect with a nice runny yolk. We’ll definitely stay again as Orford is such a beautiful quaint place to visit."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, and there is free parking. The room was fine, although the blinds did not black out the light fully. The staff could not have been more helpful and were delightful, and the food was very good."
