Dear Haijing, Sorry to see such a low rating, without any detail shared. Hopefully you will give us a chance in the future to remedy any issues that you encountered.
Easy check in and check out, gluten free bread and muffins available at breakfast, only negative would be how difficult it was to reach the hotel by phone beforehand - the phone just rang unanswered for over 10 mins each time. Apart from that, would recommend.

Not a great experience!!!
Food was nice is the only positive. Had to pay £15 to park overnight. Then didn’t sleep due to incessant loud humming from within the ceiling. I mentioned to receptionist who said she’d look into it . Not an acceptable response as dismissive. Please contact me on this number to discuss further.

Room was not ready to check in at 3 pm so had to wait,not offered a drink whilst waiting.
Room ok but a bit run down.
Breakfast good.

Firstly not told parking was £15 per night prior to booking.
On first night main meal was brought out before we had finished our starter and chips were cold(also not chunky as stated). Could not have coffee after meal as machine was broken. No draught beer or Guinness.
Cooked breakfast was not that good.
However the staff were very polite and friendly.

Excellent service place is nice staff are great very welcoming. The assistant manager M kiss and his manager Uman are always about and stop to have chat.

Check in - nothing extra offered other than the Hilton cookie which was nice. No Hilton Honors points available if you book thru Expedia. Car park is a test! Very low ceiling and awkward angles - be careful if you have a big car - worst part of parking is that its £15 per day additional.
Room was small and pretty pokey for a deluxe double, my 3 year old got cabin fever very quickly. Beds were adequate - 3rd bed was a pullout. Breakfast is fine - good spread - however the coffee from the machine tastes oily and there are flies inside the dining area of the hotel which makes the dining experience particularly unpleasant. Dinner choices are limited and some of the items are very poor for the price. Caesar Salad was a really second rate attempt with 4 croutons and no anchovies - and this was £15! Fish and Chips were decent. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful but service in the bar/restaurant is very slow - more people needed.Location is superb for Woking centre - right next to Victoria Place shopping centre. Overall a pretty typical Hilton experience in a decent location with great staff but a poor kitchen.

The room was a little dated but the thing that disappointed me was how uncomfortable the bed was, it was as hard as the floor! The pillows were awful too, had to fold them in 3 for any substance. Very uncomfortable night, don’t think I’d go back
