The staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were big and clean. The pool was kind of small only 3 slides, perfect for kids under 12 and a smaller pool in the back for little ones. I would book again .

We have stayed at this hotel 2x now excellent both times. Very clean, rooms were spacious. 2nd time we got the jacuzzi room and it did not disappoint!!! Would recommend spending the extra money to get a room with one! Appriciate the room has a small seating are to eat as well. The pool area is exciting for toddlers and kids while the adults can chill.

If you have small children you may like it. Keep in mind the hotel runs very outdated. There is no one at the front office after hours, so if you are running late for whatever reason, there is no one to check you in. Our key to our room stop working ramdonly days before our check out, not to mention that said key do not work to open the outside doors at night. The place lacks maintenance.

We stayed here with our 21 month old daughter, 3 year old son and 16 year old son. This place was excellent for the younger two, the waterpark was perfect for them, the hot tubs were amazing, everything was clean. Even our 16 year old had fun here, would stay again. Good location

My room, hallway, and lobby were clean. The pool area was clean besides on Saturday where people wasting chips which did not get cleaned up right away. The beds are unbelievably hard to the point it caused back pain. The pillows are hard as well and did not help with comfort. The staff and cleaning crew were awesome. I would not stay again only because of the beds.

The family loved the stay here plenty to do between the 2 indoor water parks my oldest loved the younger water park more than the big water park . Friendly staff and easy parking to and from the facility was great

Everything was great except our mattresses which hurt my back so bad that I couldn’t walk the last day of vacation. Also the screaming, running, and jumping kids above us that wouldn’t stop until 3 am.

We've driven by this place for years but never looked twice. From the time we stepped in we knew we'd be coming back soon! Great price. Right off the highway. Friendly service, clean and smells great, pools nice, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool area is separated from the main pool. Will be coming here now often.

We enjoyed our easy check in and out process, we felt safe as we slept and all was clean in and out of our room; the only hiccup was a loose toilet in our bathroom. Bathroom was clean, toilet still flushed but it did surprise us upon arrival. Thank you for having us!

Great affordable hotel option for families with littles. No breakfast or bar so bring supplies. Expect loud Saturday nights and crowded pool areas (typical WI Dells tourist weekend stuff). Otherwise a nice basic hotel to stay.

We got a Jacuzzi suite and it was so clean and comfortable. We felt relaxed all weekend and already are planning our next weekend back.

Hotel is very dated, but it was very clean. Would not recommend if you want a good night sleep. People running down the halls, slamming doors, yelling at all hours and the front desk staff could have cared less.

Between a rock hard bed, paper thin pillows, an in-room jacuzzi that half the jets didn’t work and the others were too loud to hear ourselves think, a heard of elephants above us and screaming kids running up and down the hallways both upstairs and downstairs; our stay was not enjoyable. It seemed that they upgraded everything in the hotel and rooms beside the bed, pillows, and jacuzzi. Now I understand that this hotel is more of a place for families with kids, but parents need to parent and the hotel staff needs to get after these kids running through the halls (you can’t tell me they couldn’t hear it too). If we wanted to stay in a jungle themed hotel, we would have stayed at the Kalahari. It was definitely not worth the $270+ we paid for the weekend to stay. The room was also very small. For it being a “suite” it was much smaller than other suites (especially jacuzzi suites) we’ve stayed in. Also, what kind of hotel charges that rate and doesn’t offer breakfast of any kind? Not even muffins, bread or bagels and a toaster/microwave to warm them up in. It doesn’t matter that it’s the tourist trap called Wisconsin Dells, there are other hotels that are more comfortable and offer more than this one. I can definitely say that we will not be back and we will not be recommending this place to friends and family.

El water park no es muy grande pero es muy agradable y limpio, es muy facil de ver a tus hijos y relajarte tambien, nos dieron un Cuarto frente al Water park muy accesible para mi hijo de 5 años, este lugar es el mejor que he visitado en Wisconsin dells! We have been to the dells many times but this is out first time staying here. We loved it! It made our mini getaway perfect. No complaints! Except that I asked for a late check out and the latest was 11 am. I was willing to pay a fee if needed to. Perhaps adding that service for the future. My daughters really wanted to stay another night but we had to head back home. That’s how much they loved it. Thank you again!

We booked a suite for my son's 11th birthday. The suite was very spacious. The bathroom was super tiny and there was only one. The property is dated. You can tell some things have been there for decades. They have a cute waterpark which the kids enjoyed. Not super big but served its purpose. There's an outdoor and indoor pool. It was a bit chilly to go outside so the kids stayed in the indoor pool. It was slides and they had a blast. They spent at least four hours in the pool. We didn't need to go to another waterpark. We had everything we needed. I gave it four stars because you can tell the property is old. Furniture, carpet, elevator were all dated. We still had no issues and truly enjoyed our stay.

This is my favorite hotel in Wisconsin Dells. It is close to all of our favorite things and the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large for the price and the waterparks are the perfect size for all ages.
