1. Bed springs were broken cause me severe pain. 2. Sheets were stained 3. Alway check your reciepts if purchased online. They will charge you more at hotel . 4. Noise all night screaming kids talki g loudly for hours in hallway. Wait to check in was crazy and rude staff or possible manager exaggerating her place over resort fees and deposits. Please beware .

This particular property is fairly dated. You can tel the building is pretty old and it looks like minimal updates are done just to keep the hotel going. The door on the first room I was given would only close from the inside if the lock was applied. It would not stay closed from the outside of the room! The staff happily gave me another room. Also, the balcony was not accessible in the wheelchair accessible room due to the bed being partially in front of the door to the balcony.

My stay here at Atlantis was not the greatest. I had to relocate to three different rooms due to things not working properly. The first room had a jacuzzi that was non-functional and was leaking water onto the floor and nearby areas. The second room had a door that did not lock due to it being off track and not aligned with the frame. The third and final room worked, but I must say it was filthy. Not visibly dirty, but my socks are permanently stained and had to be thrown away due to the dirt secreting from the carpet. My feet would be completely black on the bottom just by being barefoot for a minute. This makes other areas worrisome as it was not visible dirt, just blended in. It also did not have a phone in the room, which was fine but could have been an issue if we ended up needing assistance. During my 3 night stay, room service did not come one time. Since we did not have a phone in the room, we went to lobby and requested that room service stop by for at least a few towels - they never came. Although the Dells has plenty to offer and the location was close to popular attractions, it does not make up for the hotel arrangement. It was unfortunate that all they offered was an insincere apology, as the other woman at the desk acted as if it was a comical situation. Unfortunately, I will not come back to Atlantis next time I am in Wisconsin Dells and would not recommend it due to all of the inconveniences experienced during this short stay.

When we arrived I noticed there was syrup or some sticky matter all over the bedroom carpet and dripping down the box spring cover and puddled on top of the box spring. I notified the front desk and asked for a room change. There was only one staff on that night and they offered me nothing until morning. We went to breakfast and arrived back at around 11:00 to nothing had been done about the mess. I called the front desk and it seemed nobody even knew that there was a problem. I relayed my frustrations and again asked for another room and they said that they would put me on the list to be cleaned. We went to the pool for over an hour and when we arrived back some of the mess was cleaned but the floor was still sticky as we walked through. We only assumed that it was syrup from somebody's breakfast but we don't know.
