2/10 Terrible

"Toilet had poop stain in bottom. Everything was grungy. Sticky floors broken holder for shampoo. Dirt on floor. AC didn’t work. Phones didn’t work. Dirty window. Rumpled up curtains. No creamer or sugar or coffee stir sticks. Uncomfortable pillows. Bar and casino major construction going on. I had 3 rooms and they were all bad. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

"Our AC did not work and apparently many others did not either, so the room was quite hot and affected our sleep badly. No help from the front desk. Our cleaning lady eventually brought in an old one that helped a bit and she helped fix the TV which also did not work at first. There was also a lot of noise from backup alarms on work vehicles at this motel and the adjacent ones, many of them going off at 4 AM and waking us up."
