The lobby was warm and inviting. I enjoyed the music, a nice change from your typical lobby music. The front desk staff was friendly. Terrence was super friendly and helpful. I looked forward to seeing his smiling face and great attitude every day. Great job Terrence!!! You are AWESOME.

Staff was very prompt when I called from the airport for a shuttle pickup. The two guys who picked me up were kind and we chatted the whole ride. The hotel is nice and in a quiet area. I slept well in the comfortable bed and it had everything I needed. It was a perfect first stay in Connecticut! I will definitely be coming back.

Nice hotel, there was a lot of construction(?) going on, very loud workers shouting to each other all day, noisy working during the day. Facility was clean but not spotless by any means. Location was fine, 1 mile from a Target and grocery store which was nice.

Property had a massive water leak, we didnt get the king size room we paid for. Instead we got a room with two double beds. The hotel restaurant was closed indefinitely. The hotel pool is also permanently closed. The hotel gym equipment is additionally out of order. Very disappointed.

I booked this hotel because I don’t know the area at all and it said it had a restaurant and bar, along with a shuttle to the airport. I arrived and the water was out. I didn’t k ow where else to go, so I opted to stay because the water was going to be on later that evening. I asked about the restaurant and bar, and was told it was closed. Then I requested shuttle service and was told they don’t offer it, but they booked me a Lyft. At 10pm, the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate our rooms for 90 min. While the fire was out of their control, it just added to the other issues. 4 hours later, I had to be up to get to the airport. If I would’ve known about the restaurant and bar, I likely would’ve booked a cheaper hotel.

Well when we checked in the guy was amazing he made us feel at home very funny and out going but breakfast time was bad was nasty cold and the server wasn’t nice she was out hanging with the cook both of them like we disturbed them other than that was on the front desk guy at check in was amazing

The first key I received didn’t work. When I called down to the first desk to inquire the woman at the front desk said she couldn’t leave because she was alone. When I went down to the front she and her coworker were at the desk. She didn’t want to come upstairs is my assumption.
