The staff were great and the room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool. It was so cold that it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Everything else was very good.

Christie the front desk staff she is really helpful and kind! I came with my 4 friends for our orientation at Cumberland university we need help from her regarding on my college stuff she made sure we get all required help and suggestion! Thank you for your hospitality Christie Jye The hotel is clean and the best for nearby to all beautiful sights ,I will suggest 10/10 please stay here and enjoy the view and hotel service !!

Beware of room 202. This faces the road and you will hear trucks and cars all night long. The walls are thin. We heard our neighbors flush the toilet all night long. Banging on the walls. It was not a restful sleep.

The fire alarm went off at 6 AM, waking everyone up. There was no communication for the staff. I called the front desk and they said they were looking into it and would call me back. They didn’t. When I checked out, they didn’t even mention it. Afterwards, no email, no apology. Dismal service.

You need to meet you commitments
Ben was great checking us in last night. Our issue was the included breakfast was supposed to be from 0630-0930. Since we are traveling, we got up early to catch the breakfast and get back on the road. At 0645 there was still no breakfast and no one to say if or when it would be ready.

Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. There was a misunderstanding at check in, clerk was unclear on how to process a 3rd party transaction . Hopefully everything will go smoothly with regards to the error
