"This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. "Please note that the staff was very nice. However, the pictures online are very deceptive and this resort is currently under construction and not right on the lake. Yes you can walk down to boat ramp. The pictures online do NOT reflect the current situation of what the place looks like. The room was completed and was very nice but I feel duped by the owners and asked for a partial refund as not all amenities were available but did not get a response. Shame, shame for false advertising."
