The hotel service was generally good, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. However, we were disappointed to find that our truck was broken into during our stay and some of our belongings were stolen. The hotel claimed they had no security cameras to investigate the incident, which is concerning. While the positive aspects of our stay were fine, the lack of proper security measures is something the hotel management should address. We hope they improve their safety protocols to prevent future incidents like this.

This property is very nice, friendly staff, and next to a wetlands/pond/preserve with a small walking path. It's pet friendly with pet/trash recepticles near the walking path and waste bags provided for guests (which are much appreciated) but I found the pet fee that is charged is a bit much compared to other properties in Wichita. Also found out that the outside trash recepticles are not empytied every day, or as needed and the one I used was overflowing after 4 days.

Nice clean hotel but that’s it.
Newer hotel and very clean. We had to call for assistance to check in. The clerk wasn’t very friendly. We left and came back a couple of times through the day/evening, not once were we ever greeted or acknowledged. When we left in the morning the clerk just looked at us, no smile, no thank you, never asked again if we enjoyed our stay etc. Our bed was ok but the pillows were terrible.

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. I stayed here after getting surgery, so I wanted something comfortable & clean. When we first checked in we noticed the maids forgot to check the fridge & there was someone’s leftovers in there. We also noticed the window shade was broken & the pieces to the shade were sitting on the bed next to the window, it looked like they were trying to fix the shade & then forgot to come back & finish the job. We called the front desk to let them know it wasn’t us who did it so we wouldn’t be charged. But other than these two very small incidents we were very happy with the place. Very nice place to recover from surgery.

Great Breakfast Server
Amazing breakfast lady Mrs K. She talked to everyone while working. She’s been in the area a long time & has substituted at the schools. She remembered my grandson who is 22 now. She is an amazing asset to the Hotel. Kudos to the management for hiring her. Front desk let us check in early!

We stay about twice a year and every time everyone is so nice! This trip a gentleman named Javier worked serving breakfast. He was so kind to every single person. He got to know everyone and their families. We had to add two extra days onto our trip and the front desk staff made it easy and we were able to keep our same room each time. As always, we will be back.

Everything is what we expected, stayed here before and will most likely stay again. The only thing we noticed was other customers waiting for assistance at the front counter on three different occasions in our short stay. Employees ought to be informed of customers waiting for assistance sooner than they are apparently.
