The hotel did not honor resort credit identified in Expedia booking, front desk has not resolved issue as yet. Restaurant staff were great and hotel proximity to airport is great. However the complimentary shuttle seems unreliable, needed to Uber for reliable transportation to / from airport terminal - no walkable path even though less than a mile distance.

My family and I checked in, got into our room, got settled in for the remainder of the evening. My husband used the restroom and when he flushed the toilet, water went everywhere. Leaking from the back of the tank. Called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. Got into this room and settled in. Went to order room service for dinner and the phone did not work. The ceiling was cracked and paint peeling in the bathroom too. Very inconvenient. Walked down to front desk to request item for our room and the lady working at that time told me that I was killing her!!! Meaning that I was requesting too much. I only asked for one thing one time!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. I was too pissed off at that moment!! The beds were old and worn. Our room did have a shower with nice water pressure.
