Thanks for your review, sorry if you are given worng room. There must be misunderstanding on this. There is all-in-one sampoo and conditioner inside the automatic soap dispenser in the shower. As well as hand washer near the sink. Iron is inside under the sink. Sorry if you were not able to use the spa, it can be used for reservation eariler. Pool is under construction at the moment for upgrade. Any guest can ask laundry key from the office since we always lock for safety purpose. We do the service for the room every day. We are always committed to provide great service to all our guest. Sad to see review like this but hope we can do better in your future stay.

The pool and spa outside of office hours is a health and safety issue and courtesy for other guests. We are very sorry the timing was wrong - thanks for your kind words

We are sorry that you had some issues. I did however try to explain that the sign also advises it is not in conjunction with any other deal. Because you accepted a cheap price through the company you booked through we could not do both. I also mentioned to the guest that we had just that day checked out a group of Hockey players that had used the room for the previous 8 days with no issues and only tried to advise it was a new issue that obviously just happened and I resolved that day - shrugging my shoulders !!

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Unfortunately we did have a break down with the spa and with parts from Australia it was out for a week. The guest actually had the option to stay elsewhere - we did not know the guest even wanted a spa until arrival. Sorry but we can stop guests talking outside there room while having a smoke - they were not a problem to other guests and were not late - again we are sorry but if we dont know of your concerns we cant fix them

sorry for the staff over sight - if we had know, obviously we would have given you an extra towel. as for the milk and like the towel, if I had known, a top up is not a problem.

all rooms are supplied with hair wash, body wash and hand cleaner soap. we also have a shop in reception for refreshments, yes we sell water. NOTHING is not correct

Hi, Thanks for your feed back. Please let me explain. The front entrance concrete - we are waiting for Transit NZ to upgrade the road, and spending 10 or 15 thousand on repairs when later this year they are ripping it up for upgrades is yes untidy but what do you do. The Bed not made properly on the last day. This was because as explained on Public Holidays we don't service the rooms, although we ask all guests if they require fresh towel or tea, cffee etc. This is also pointed out in our compendium. This allows us to keep our affordable prices. Hopes this helps explain your comments

Of course there is alway's two sides to the story. Unfortunately not all is factual from the guest. The guest booked and paid for a King bed only as the online booking shows. To blame my assistant Manager is unfair. The guest left in the morning as well as the Key, given her discussion with my Manager it was obvious, and also given the daughter was well versed in the industry leaving the key and taking all personal effects means you have vacated the room as the guest indicated the day earlier. On return the Manager tried her best. Double dipping is also unfair - if you leave and have spoken to staff about the idea then what can you expect. you book the wrong room type and blame us. you cancel the second night, but return and blame us. you get a full refund for your mistake - I believe we have given you, the guest GREAT service. Sometimes when guests or people in general are confronted with the truth they have made a mistake it hurts. but to blame us is not fair

wow! - so sorry. Had no isea you had an issue. The new systems we had to tone back as the MAINS PRESSURE WAS TOO MUCH. SORRY WE DIDN'T KNOW - WE COULD HAVE ADJUSTED
