With understanding that this property is NOT a 4-star hotel, I have one issue and that is with cleanliness (specific to the rug below the wash basin, or sink. I do not like "rug" in the bathrooms and especially below the sink. Think about how many people have stood at the sink with dirty, wet, smelly feet and this "rug" in the room was never cleaned (just vacumed). Need to replace this in-room rug with tile, linoleum, type of material that can be cleaned, that can easily wiped to clean bacteria. SINK is part of the bathroom and do NOT need a rug that can not be cleaned on daily basis.

My room had a hot tub, but it doesn’t work. The surrounding area was okay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was better good, same food options as most that include it, but the quality was much better. For the price overall it was good.

I like the area, it was quite, you didn't hear the noise of the cars going by. Stores were near by if you had to run and grab some milk, movies 2 blocks away. Everything was convenient to the hotel.

Pros: 21 min drive to Disneyland and 16 min drive to the Honda Center. In and out burgers and Starbucks are near by, as well as a gas stations. Although area looked a little sketchy, it generally felt safe and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point. The front desk people were very friendly. Parking is free and they do provide breakfast (limited options like eggs, sausage, waffles, bananas, apples, juice, coffee and cereal). Cons: Top bed sheets had stains, comforter had small holes, and shower curtains were at the end of their life (ripped and should be replaced). Room window had a crack going down the window, which was taped. Limited parking space, breakfast and the dog adoption center next door had dogs barking (although it didn’t bother me, it might bother some). Rooms are outdated and in need of repairs and upgrades. Overall would stay again, especially since the price of the stay was reasonable and it was within a reasonable distance to the Disney parks and Honda Center.

There was a significant amount of street noise. I expected a little bit, but it was steady into the night. What I WASN’T expecting was to be awakened at sunrise by barking dogs. The property butts up against a dog shelter! I also found a pair of someone’s dirty socks at the foot of the bed.

Nice stay
Basic, clean, comfortable and friendly and efficient service for economy lodging. Stayed here twice - five nights in all — beginning and end of visit. Two negs included that the printer did not work (out of toner and on duty staff did not know how to fix) and hairdryer was broken.
