"got in late. check in ok...but not very friendly.
it's a big motel and it's busy so was a bit noisy.
next morning i got up to shower and discovered zero soap.
called reception and was told to come pick it up ... pablo tried to help and seemed to support the customer service notion that the soap should be delivered to the customer's room...but the manager had a different concept of customer service...she felt it was quite appropriate to expect the customer to get dressed, go all the way to reception and pick up the soap themself....
NOT MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
we had another reservation for 2 weeks time, so cancelled that and left.
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE."
"Staff was nice, however the majority of them are on the younger side and don’t really comprehend much. Rooms were clean and nice. Only real issue, is the floors are not mopped traditionally. They are cleaned with bleach. So while technically clean, don’t walk barefoot ‘cause your feet will be black on the bottom so quickly, it’s gross. Wasn’t just my room. Everyone in our group had the same issue. Outside of that, decent stay. It’s a place to sleep while visiting."
"Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option to stay somewhere else. They were having an event and had signs that said no event parking but they all parked there anyways. The people staying had to self park in the back of the hotel. They said constantly they could not help because of 3rd party. I said Expedia didn't mess up you guys did."
