Owner greeted us upon arrival to show us to our rooms and was so helpful with dining suggestions. Property is lovely, rooms are very nice and the property is spotless.

My partner and I stayed for one night at the Windfalls Boutique Hotel. We were met by Margarita on arrival who was really accommodating and friendly. The room was really clean and spacious, the bathroom was modern. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. We had breakfast in the morning which was also really good quality. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Lovely overnight stay
Welcomed by friendly accommodating host on arrival and shown to room. Large luxury four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with waterfall shower in a beautiful, modern, clean house. A few pub style restaurants within a short drive. Netflix available on the large TV in room. Very quiet, relaxing setting for an overnight stop or short break. Good value for money for a 5*.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Windfalls boutique hotel, such a beautiful quiet area, private parking in wonderful surroundings Our room was simply gorgeous, the breakfast was exceptional too. The host was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay. We visit Crawley to see family and have stayed at so many different places but this hotel is simply the best and we cannot reccommend it enough..we wish we could have stayed longer as we did not want to leave. We did get a little bit lost trying to locate it but if you follow the road for the holiday inn Gatwick you cannot miss this beautiful little gem tucked away further up the private road.. We are so looking forward to returning for another visit.🙂

We love this property. We stay here every time we fly out of Gatwick. It is a lovely oasis of calm before travelling and the owner is absolutely lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Windfalls. Very cozy rooms with wonderful beds. The owners were wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Gorgeous hotel
A beautiful hotel, the room was stunning and extremely comfortable. The host met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and about breakfast the following morning. The only thing i will say (I own a cleaning business so notice little details) the beautiful shower just needs a little scrub with some bleach in the grouting to get it back to perfection again. But it obviously didn't affect our stay at all. We would absolutley love to stay again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Windfalls. Extremely welcoming, fabulous decor, the most comfortable bed and peaceful location. The breakfast was delicious and could not have asked for more. A very beautiful boutique hotel.

Oasis of peace and rest. Beauty and serenity.
We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place filled with serenity and peace. The ambience and service was fantastic and very relaxing in a hectic time. It was clean and the breakfast was cooked fresh to our specifications. We would definitely stay again. A little oasis of beauty.

Beautifully laid out room with excellent amenities and top quality bathroom products. Margareet (spelling?) was very lovely and waited for us to check in late. Note this property is owned by a couple on site so please ensure you check in to pick up the key on time (as we did not). It is close to the airport so that was very convenient however, note that the location is not within walking distance to shops or restaurants. We only spent a night there but would have liked to stay longer.

You couldn’t have a better experience. Everything from the service, to the most comfortable beds, incredible breakfast and wonderful host. So beautiful I didn’t want to leave. The area is so quiet and peaceful. A very short taxi ride from the airport for only $11.

Wow wow wow what a lovely boutique hotel. Margarita greets you with a lovely warm welcome and assists you with anything you need .The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptional clean.Breakfast is awesome.Defo 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

A lovely discovery!
Tucked away you wouldn't know this place existed. The decor is beautiful and the overall atmosphere is calming and serene. Loved our room and the bed is very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was exactly as ordered and the service was perfect. Thank you!

Interior design treat
Margarite certainly has an eye for design. Stunning hotel come b&b. Hubby lit the wood burner for us as my wife and I enjoyed a drink in the beautiful lounge. Bedrooms are a delight and en suites the same. If I’m really picky, then the outside paving needs a bit of attention and the bedrooms need black out blinds. Having said that I wouldn’t look for anywhere else if staying in this area.

Just stayed one night but I wish I did more. If you need to stay near airport or miss flight & you need a place to stay, check the place out. It’s a treat to stay here.

The room was very clean and the bed is vry comfrtable The sheets and towels smelled very noce. The host was very nice and helpfull. It is a good place to stay if you are flying from Gatwick airport.

Our stay at Windfalls was amazing!! The owners made us feel right at home. From the delicious homemade breakfast to start the day to the quiet beautiful gardens with seating to watch the sunset made this an amazing way to end our trip! The rooms are both beautiful and comfortable with very elegant and unique designs. If we find ourselves out that way again... we would love to stay again :)

This is not a five star hotel. How did this get the Expedia rating. The property is basically a house. No reception, just the owner. Who is very nice, but ma have defrauded Expedia for this five star rating. No restaurant, no food at all available when I arrived at 7pm. A total rip off. Grimey bath mats and rugs. Slightly grimey shower. No bath. So much pot pourri room scent I nearly passed out.

I had such little time spent in the property to fully appreciate the beauty and elegance of this place, I would definitely stay again, I was unfortunately ill in the night and was unable to appreciate the comforts of the room and to indulge in the fabulous breakfasts on offer.

Lovely way to end the Trip

Luxury for a reasonable price.

Just a quick stop on our way back home.
This property is very private and is very comfortable compared to the typical airport choices. There is a real emphasis on comfort and the rooms are very lovely.

You must stay here.
We have stayed in boutique hotels all over the world and Windfalls is amongst the best. The hotel is small and perfectly formed, and very stylishly decorated - if Kelly Hoppen designed hotels Windfalls is it. We stayed in the Orchid room, which was large and well appointed, with a comfortable four poster bed, a large and well fitted bathroom and a real feeing of space to relax in. Breakfast continues the luxury experience, and the full English breakfast was as good as it gets, including fresh eggs laid by the hens that freely roam around the garden. Margarita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. The only advice I would give, is make sure you look at the directions for getting there on Windfalls site, it's not the easiest to find, but well worh it when you do.
