My only complaint was at 8pm I took a shower and there was very little hot water even through it was turned to the hottest temperature setting and the shower got colder as I was in there making it a short and not enjoyable shower experience. "Honestly, I felt awful for the person who checked me in. She had to deal with double Karen's (in the same group) who were pissed about something that didn't matter. For real, throwing a fit about something stupid. The person who checked us in didnt lose her cool and came up with reasonable alternatives. So, hat's off to her. Really clean and quiet place."
