"my overall experience is good, room is spacious and is getting cleaned everything. staffs are helpful too. But i feel like when it’s nighttime, the room is too dark, the lights are not enough. we also find the room cold, we tried to turn on the heater, but we don’t really think it’s working. The elevator wait is kinda long sometimes and one elevator at the lobby to go down the ground floor is always under maintenance. I may still choose to stay here in the future because the location is good, it’s very convenient!"

"The rooms are very basic and small but perfect for a cheaper option in the expensive city. We were basically just in the rooms to sleep so it worked out well. The only complaint was the door didn’t lock well and the shower didn’t drain. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, they offer $3 per bag luggage storage after checkout if you want to explore the city more which came in handy! I would stay again if I was ever back in NYC."

"The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things. The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which made my stay less convenient. The bathroom shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few options available, and guests were limited to choosing only one item. This was not what I expected based on the information provided when I booked the hotel. What disappointed me the most was the additional fee of $46 per day charged by the hotel. This fee was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process, and I felt surprised by this extra cost upon arrival. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the additional charges and the lack of basic amenities"
