"Do not stay here! The room we got was really dirty and had one working outlet. Given that it is such a small and minimalist space, we had hoped the room would at least be clean. The bathroom had a horribly poor design with no shower door, so anytime the shower was turned on, the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There was no way to keep the shower water inside the shower as there was so little gradient to the floor to the drain. The reviews said the hotel had beauty rooms on each floor so I didn’t bring a hair dryer. There are only 2 beauty rooms on floors 3 and 7 and they only had one working hair dryer. Those rooms were also incredibly dirty with hair everywhere. There wasn’t even any space to open up our suitcases, and I know the square footage is described but some floor space to have an open suitcase isn’t even available. So much wasted space in the bathroom and bed frame. We ended up only staying one night here and booked another hotel close by. We just couldn’t stay in the room feeling like we were sleeping in a jail cell. When we checked out early, the staff just said okay well enjoy the rest of your stay. I didn’t expect a refund but maybe a more sincere apology. Might work for some, but the rooms are simply too small and dark for two people. I can’t even imagine having more than two people in a room. If you are traveling with more than one person and want a comfortable stay, just basic hotel necessities, do not stay here."

"Room was good. Small, but we expected that. We moved to this hotel from another budget hotel in the area where we had a bad experience. Assembly was much better. Our only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable and after a long few days traveling, it would have been nice to have a great mattress to sleep on. Especially given how small the rooms are. All in all, not bad!"

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it's been going through upgrades since I believe new ownership; it's now a self-check-in, although there are staff in the reception to help. I was on this trip in one of the older 10th-floor non-refurbished rooms, described as an 'Executive Room'.... well, executive it isn't. Tiny, not the size specified on the website, and with amenities out of the 90s, a broken, empty fridge and a VERY narrow 'compact' double bed. A tiny old TV which would not work. When I arrived, there was a lack of towels and toilet paper, but I sent a WhatsApp message in response to the hotel's check-in WhatsApp, and these were brought up to the room within 30 minutes, which was great, thanks to a fantastic member of the house staff. If you do not have WhatsApp, I think you're snookered, as there is no telephone in the room at all, so the only way to talk to staff is via WhatsApp or to go all the way down to reception. There is also no room service! I have to say, the staff are always fantastic, but for £180 a night... I would hope for more!"

"We had a clean and pleasant stay. The location was close enough to sights that we were able to walk almost everywhere. Staff was so kind and helpful. We did not partake the buffet breakfast bar. The complimentary umbrellas were a nice surprise"
