First Class Beach Stay with 10
We had a great stay in West Bay. The property was immaculate and new. The condo was roomy even for 10 of us - we never felt cramped. The walk to the private beach club was 5 minutes. The beach attendant brought us kayaks SUP and umbrellas. (Bring your own snorkel gear because there are fantastic reefs a couple hundred yards away) Staff was amazingly responsive and welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

We loved our time at Boggy Sands. The facilities and beach are professional managed and lovely. We usually stay in homes when traveling in the islands but these condos are so spacious and beautiful. Beautiful Cayman Condo
My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was when we arrived at the Boggy Sands. We are a family of 6 and really liked how much space the condo provided. And upon our arrival we greeted by Alfanso who gave us a tour of the condo and the property. He and the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful through out our stay. The next time we are in Caymans again we would definitely stay at Boggy Sands again.

Perfect condo for our family vacation
Five stars! This condo was spacious, beautifully and comfortably (likely professionally) decorated and very well maintained and cleaned! Everything was classy & high-end from the linens to the furniture to the cookware but still had a cozy and relaxing/calming vibe throughout. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for our big family. The location on the island was just amazing! The beach which is a short walk (they give you a beach cart/cooler/speaker to use!) had the most beautiful white sand and crystal clear, blue water. Bring your snorkels! We paddle boarded (which were provided!) out to many awesome spots to snorkel and see tropical fish, sea turtles, a sunken ship, etc. I can go on and on about the beach! The beach attendant Alfonso was a kind gentlemen that helped us with umbrellas/chairs/kayaks/paddles boards (all provided!) and even got us coconuts to drink and eat. Ruaneik was always available. He toured us around, helped us rent a car right from the condo, set up taxis, told us about the public bus which was very convenient to get around. If you go on an excursion make it a combo sting ray city/snorkel/starfish boating trip! It was one if the highlights of our trip for sure! We private chartered with Shane from Tours Cayman and it was a dream day with our family! All kiddos ages 7-16 loved it! If you are looking for a tropical gem tucked away on the quiet backroad of paradise and steps from the most beautiful beach you’ve ever seen- book this condo!

Great stay at Boggy Sands!
I stayed with my family at Boggy Sands in June of 2023. The condo was impeccable and beautifully furnished. Every bedroom/bathroom was perfect, and the kitchen was exceptional. All of the cookware, glasses, and dishware was top-of-the-line, and we had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. It was an easy walk to the grocery/liquor stores, and a great restaurant next door (Bay Side.) It was just a short walk to the ocean, and even though our beachfront was modest, it was very nice. The condo even included rolling coolers for guests to take down to the beach. There were plenty of paddle boards, kayaks, and other beach toys for everyone to use. My only negative is that the pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures online. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but if you have small kids or people in your group with mobility issues, it would be good to know this. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Boggy Sands. Everyone was so hospitable, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Boggy Sands is Paradise!
Our stay at Boggy Sands Club was perfect! We were in Coconut 2 for a week over Easter. The condo itself is very big and spacious for a large family. All the amenities needed are provided down to beach towels, a local cell phone for calls, a Bluetooth speaker for the beach and much more! The pool area was great but we didn’t spend much time there because the private beach is absolutely stunning. Every morning Alfonzo had our spot already organized how we liked with umbrellas and chairs. He is the nicest young man. Our 3 kids loved playing with him and making crafts. Truly he was one of the highlights of our trip. The beach itself is one of the best on the island. No rocks and great snorkeling off shore! Plenty of sand toys, life vests, floats, and anything necessary to have a great time on the beach! Way better than a larger resort with big crowds. We loved every second and we will definitely be back again!

Wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands
We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool is nicely shaded, the beach is a short walk and on a beautiful stretch of 7mile with multiple snorkeling opportunities. Extra thanks to Alfonso on the beach for making sure we had everything we need and doing fun crafts with the kids!!

Perfect property
We stayed at Boggy Sands in Coconut 2. We had the absolute best week! The Condo was beautiful, clean, with plenty of room for our group of 10. They have everything you could think of in the condo- a huge fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach towels, coolers, ice packs, hair dryers. The property managers and staff are amazing here. We arrived later in the evening on a Saturday and Shay met us and gave us a tour of the condo. She also let us know that the grocery store was closing soon and arranged for a table at Bayside restaurant next door after we went and got our groceries to get us through until Monday. Bayside was excellent and they had a table reserved and waiting when we arrived. Throughout our stay, Ruaneik checked on us daily and everyone there was so willing to help us arrange any plans we wanted to make- dinners, charters, massages, manicures, bringing a chef in for dinner- anything you could think of, they can make happen! It felt more like a luxury resort than a property rental. The beach was outstanding and Alfonso is so friendly and helpful with chairs, umbrellas and watersports. I really can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation
Shay took care of our pre check in questions and arrangements and Ruaneik was on site every day of our stay. He checked us in and was instrumental in making our perfect vacation. Anything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally. The condo was magnificent! It had everything you would ever need or think you would ever need! Rooftop deck-Stunning! Private Beach-Gorgeous! Location-Perfect! Pool area-Excellent! The property was immaculate and extremely well cared for. Needless to say, we’re looking forward to booking again next year.

Boggy sands stay January 2023
Location was perfect for us, a short public bus ride away from our conference site at the Kimpton seafire, supermarket only 2 mins walk away. The condo was very well equipped, the kitchen had all the tools you might need and of prime quality. The beach area was clean and quiet, again well stocked with tons of equipment. Communication was immediately addressed and helpful. Altogether nothing but positive impressions. Early checkout not an issue since you can use beach and pool with shower until you leave. Bags can be stored safely in office. Highly recommend staying there. One tip: for day trips use the public bus service. Cheap fast and flexible. Just hail any bus on main road outside of condo

Boggy Sands is a gem.
Boggy Sands is a unique boutique property with very high end finishes, an amazing staff that all obviously love what they do. The property itself is incomparably spacious and the beach front areas offers all of the amenities you would expect at a large high end resort. There was a strong sense of community amongst the renters and owners alike. We will definitely return often!

This is a like new property and unit that is beautifully designed and appointed, stocked with everything you could need (incl. Le Creuset cookware). Literally past one house on the main road is a big grocery store, liquor store and nice all purpose restaurant/bar. The beach is a short walk from the house through the back of the property and then a few houses over across a back road. It’s a wonderful and quiet stretch of 7 mile with some snorkeling and again, a very well stocked school bus of clean and new beach gear (lounge chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, floats, snorkel masks, toys, etc). I don’t think we could have asked for anything else!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked full of anything you could want. The beach area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, plus kayaks and paddle boards. We snorkeled right off the beach almost every day. Grocery store, liquor store and a great restaurant are just next door. We walked over there almost daily to pick up whatever we needed. Check in was easy and Ruaneik was always around with a smile and a laugh. He went over and above what we would have expected from a property manager. All in all a great vacation in a great location. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect Family Vacation
This property is stunning. We were a family of five adults and two children. The condo itself is extremely well and thoughtfully appointed and spacious. The beds are great, the kitchen has high end appliances and is fitted out like a chef's kitchen. We felt we had all the comforts of home. There is a lot of space to spread out. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool area provides nice respite. No need to bring water toys from home - all provided! The private beach is the envy of other properties no doubt. The location is also worth note. A five minute walk to groceries and wine. Close and convenient to all the amenities GC has to offer. The check in process was easy and very accommodating. The entire team at Boggy Sands was great to deal with - booking, arrival and on site. A special thank you to Michel who helped our five year old granddaughter open and try her first fresh off the tree coconut! See you next year!

Exquisite Property
We finally got to travel to Grand Cayman and stay at Boggy Sands after rescheduling our trip from March 2020! This gorgeous home met and exceeded all of our long-awaited expectations. The place was impeccably decorated and so new and fresh! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the rooms were all SO comfortable. Morne was amazing about communicating with us & Ruaneik was wonderful in awaiting our arrival after a delayed flight and helping us with plans while on island. We loved the pool, the beach and the stunning rooftop where we enjoyed an evening of delicious takeout pizza from Bay Side next door. Can't say enough great things about this property, our two families LOVED staying here! FIVE-STAR!

Simply THE BEST experience!
This property is ideal for large groups or families....the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need, the decor was stunning, the location was incredible (a two minute walk to the grocery store, liquor store, a few good restaurants and an excellent food truck) -- not to mention to the gorgeous BEACH! Our group enjoyed the paddle boards provided, as well as the beach toys, the chairs, the umbrellas -- so much so we never made it to the pool area with the fun games and hammocks! The property manager was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best Cayman Trip Ever
We booked an extremely last minute vacation to the Caymans and were lucky enough to find an opening with Boggy Sands Club. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations: Location: We have stayed all over the island, including rum point area, 7 mile, and south side. This location on the north end of 7 mile is IDEAL. Gorgeous beach, not super crowded, convenient to everything (except rum point, which is a bit of a drive). Arrangement of condo: There are two buildings and a pool set across the street (path really) from a house on the beach. The house on the beach serves as a pool house with lots of fun beach equipment. Driftwood is right next to the pool and Parrot is just behind that. Pool: Is great. Never crowded, convenient seating. Partly shaded in the afternoon. Was actually a little colder than the ocean, but it did not stop my kids at all! Snorkeling: Good right off the beach. There are better spots on the island but definitely the best we have had right where we are staying. The condo itself: Outrageously fantastic. Every detail of design is well thought through. Gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. Service: Ruaneik was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure. We actually had to switch units during our stay (because we booked so last minute), but he made the transition effortless. Stop reading reviews. Just book this place. You won't regret it!

Beautiful place to stay!
This property was truly perfect for our family getaway. The condo itself was beautiful. It was very clean & up to date. We cooked many meals here & the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to do so. Construction was going on with new buildings but sound was not an issue at all. We also could not hear any sound from other units in the condo. Location is great. Walking distance to the grocery/liquor store. Very quick walk to beach which is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, toys for kids, etc. I really loved the fact that we didn’t have to carry a ton of stuff for the kids, everything you need is right there! A large rolling cooler is provided in the condo so we threw some drinks & snacks in there & were good for a day on the beach. No crowds or annoying vendors on the beach, it’s quiet & truly beautiful! We didn’t spend too much time in the pool area to be honest but it was fully equipped with a lot of stuff for kids to play with, grill & refrigerator, if needed. Management was very responsive to all questions, although there were no issues & we were visiting family so we relied on them for all of our activities away from the condo. We were very happy with our stay & I would highly recommend this property!

The condo is gorgeous!! There are tons of towels for the beach. The place was immaculate when we checked in. Parking in plentiful. The beach Is gorgeous and had so many paddle boards and umbrellas. I would definitely return Ruaneik was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property!!!!

We have been coming to Grand Cayman for over 10 years, and we fell in love with Boggy Sands. The condo is very modern, clean and spacious. Everything about the place was easy and accommodating. Management was always accessible, although we had no need.The beaches were beautiful and this area does not carry the large crowds of people. We had access to every water accessory you could think of. The beach is just the most beautiful. The pool is set up with everything you need to eat, rest and enjoy. The place has everything you could ever need, while feeling very private. The roof top is way cool - this is a must check out property! We are coming back next year!

Exceeded expectations
This condo had everything we could have possibly needed...everything! The kitchen was well stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, gadgets, dishes and was huge. We cooked all but one night and enjoyed eating on the patio with seating for 8 and on the roof patio that has an electric grill. The views of the sunset on the rooftop were spectacular. The condo location couldn't be beat. the liquor and grocery store was a 2 minute walk from us. This proved to be quite handy. There was construction occurring that was loud but honestly we spent most of the days on the beach which really is only a 1-2 minute walk from the condo. There were always chairs for us and the beachfront was not crowed. We snorkled with our own masks and flippers they provided and saw a great variety of fish. The beach house was full of everything we needed too...floats, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, and toys for kids. Thnaks for making our family vacation a memorable one.

Amazing Stay!
Everything about out stay was awesome. The condo was exceptionally clean, well decorated, and had a well-appointed kitchen that made cooking breakfast each morning so easy! Especially now that we left behind some salt and pepper for the next guests :) The best part is the stretch of beachfront only a 1 min walk away—so much better than battling a throng of hotel guests each morning. Checking in and out was super easy, Morne was very responsive, and Ruaneik was so kind and helpful while we were there! It was a bummer that the elevator was broken while we were there (one of our guests was recovering from knee surgery, so it would have been helpful) but I suspect that will be fixed soon. There was also construction on the property but my understanding is that it will be finished soon for the next guests. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back!

Awesome and affordable condo on Seven Mile Beach
We stayed at Parrot 2 in Boggy Sands with our children and grandchildren for a week and had a wonderful visit! I must admit when I booked our stay I was a little concerned as to what the property would be like considering the relatively low rental price for a condo on Seven Mile Beach but what a pleasant surprise!!! The place is gorgeous and just a few steps to the beautiful beach!!! The condo is furnished so modern and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It’s truly a lovely, clean and brand new condo and no words can describe the rooftop!! Love it up there!! The staff is very kind and helpful as well. It’s close to all the fun attractions and a five minute walk to the grocery store. There is construction happening on the property, as there is all over this beautiful island, but it’s not at all bothersome, the condo is soundproof and you can’t hear it. So definitely five stars!!

Great quiet location with plenty of room
We split 10 days at the property with my adult daughters and her friends and my business. The daughters reported a great time and it was perfect for our business review. Owners were helpful and very accommodating to the split arrangement. All of the gear (snorkels, kayaks) was much appreciated. Great place!

Incredible property and location!
My stay at West Bay could not have been better. Starting with the check in process. Was very smooth and easy. The place is gorgeous, very clean and spacious. Perfect for family or group of friends as I had. Plenty of room to lounge inside or out on the back deck and cook (and maybe drink) in the kitchen. Bathrooms are very spacious and clean and have everything you need. Very private and quiet, could not hear a thing from the other units. Large king beds and closets to move in for your stay and feel like home. Bunk bed room is a great use of space for extra beds (doubles) for kids or friends to accommodate a large group. The roof top Patio! I suggest maybe going up the first time at sunset. It is incredible. Plenty of space to relax on the loungers during the day or sit at the table and chairs for breakfast or a night cap. Incredible views of the water up there at the tops of the palms. A great extra space to have! Finally the location was perfect. 1 minute walk to the beach where they have an additional building with your own private beach access and loungers. Sand and water are stunning if you’ve never been to 7 mile. 20 minute walk on the beach or 5 minute drive into bars, shops and restaurants, makes this perfectly out of the way where you can have a stretch of almost private beach to yourself that isn’t crowded. But close enough you can get to all 7 Mile has to offer. I know this is all pro but I really didn’t have any cons. Will absolutely be staying at West Bay again with friends and family!

Beautiful Boggy Sands
