Everything was excellent except the bed . Too very uncomfortable beds. This is not good after hours of travel. Motel need to change there mattresses more often.

No parking available at the facility on my stay and no off street parking available due to road works. Otherwise staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Dinner menu was amazing!

You got what you paid for. Ground floor with cafe to grab fresh hot coffee and tea was awesome and the staff were lovely. The bed was absolutely soft and you never wanted to leave it. Good experience. Cheap parking.

Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing and friendly. The food in the restaurant was lovely and it remains open until 9pm which we really appreciated after a long day of travel, we checked in after 7:30 and could immediately sit down for drinks and dinner. The bed was very plush and comfortable, had a great 2 nights sleep. Hotel is very close to train and ferry stations.

It was a convenient place to stay for 1 night befor catching the ferry the next morning. Lots of construction around the area. Parking was limited but they gave us a spot to use. Grocery store & dinoptions within walking distance.

We didn’t like we had to pay for parking $25 dollars a night at the property which we payed a good amount of money for staying there.Another one we ordered dessert to our room and was told we had to pay for the tray which they bought the dessert on.And it was very noisy from the outside and we had the windows closed.And noisy from inside from doors banging coming from other rooms.Rooms we’re pokey for amount of money we payed for,not very happy.

There was no ventilation in the room and was humid hot and stuffy. Apart from a tiny desk fan there was no air conditioning and it was a hot night. Also construction around the building which was not declared on Expedia.

You get what you pay for. Yes, the room is cheap but it's small. Dated shower, needs some real TLC. But, bed was comfortable with no issues.

Atura Wellington is within short walking distance to Wellington Train Station and Wellington bus stop, as well as many tourist attractions. It is clean, has views of the city or hills from some rooms, includes a restaurant and bar, and has laundry. I especially liked that the bathrooms had separate soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as many hotels I have stayed at are providing 2-in-1 these days. I thought the breakfast was pricey for a continental buffet at $25 without coffee. There is no breakfast menu, only the buffet option.

We were put into an “upgraded room” however it seemed downgraded. We were able to swap into the one we actually ordered, however to our suprise it did not seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned as the bathroom smelt, and we had found a pair of undies underneath the bed. Pretty average overall

The room was quiet and clean, the service friendly The shower door made the most horrendous noise when you opened it. A bit of lubricant on the hinges would be good.
