Really lovely hotel let down by some pretty poor service at the reception desk. Check-in person had a very unfriendly, unsmiling manner. Show your guests some proper hospitality and a smile also goes a long way. We pay your wages!

Was very impressed with the Accessibility room & staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were also good. My notes for improvement from an accessible needs view - while the entrance is wheelchair accessible the doors are narrow. Also, to get to the accessible room you have to go through a seperate door before you get to the room door. Wasnt very accessible given one person had to open the door and hold it while the other pushed the wheelchair. These were minor concerns but if improved would make the place more accessible.

Rooms are cozy and compact.Comfy bed and crisp sheets. Nice continental breakfast,although I'm sure there is less variety than our last visit .No pastries. Also snacks included appear less (only sweets) Windows are very dirty and the shower fixings weren't secure in our room . Good price for central location.

Nice Hotel with good location. Had only a brief encounter with a staff member when leaving who was very nice. I had a room with a King size bed but more a Queen, I think. Room was perfect for 1 person, maybe 2 people find it a tad small. Overall, a nice boutique hotel, extremely clean and a good location.

When we drew up at the hotel i was a bit disappointed as the area is quite shabby. However when we entered the hotel it was lovely. Very modern and very clean. The room itself was very well equipped. Dishwaher, microwave, washer and drier. The location iis excellent. Within easy distance of st James theatre, te Papa and the waterfront and courtney place. Highly recommend.

This is a great little place to stay. Unfortunately renovations in next building can be very loud not hotel’s fault at all. The hotels upstairs gym also echos through And is open 24/7 . Other than that this is a great place to stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was modern and stylish. It had everything we needed and more as there were complementary treats in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet with road noise only audible if you went out on to the balcony and even then it was no problem at all. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is obviously basic but very good. The location is excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Executive Suite was great value for 4 - 2 brm, 2 bthm was excellent... central to harbour, restaurants & Cuba St with a supermarket close so we could cook our own breakfast. Would go there again.

Hotel was in a good location and the reception team were very helpful. House keeping appeared to struggle to complete a service and after the second day we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. It was great that they provided a complimentary breakfast in reception albeit toast, cereals etc Would stay again if house keeping was guaranteed.

I can see you had booked a hotel room - should you have paid a bit extra you could have selected and booked on of our studios or apartments that have laundry facilities inside. Ask for a window which lets daylight in.
Nice building and very convenient location. Stylish decor and nice bathrooms. Take care what room you get. Some have windows looking directly into other rooms on all sides with virtually no natural light. See photo. Apparently this is in same cost category as rooms with a window that actually lets daylight in! Complimentary breakfast was welcomed though couldn’t quite cope with numbers of guests so keep running out of places to sit and food items.

I had the most delightful stay. I loved the design and aesthetic of the whole place, especially the bathroom, loved the black and white tiles and also the waterfall AND removable shower heads. The whole room was clean, soft, and comforting after some long days at work. Really appreciated the mink blanket on the bed. The check in and out was simple, clear, and easy. The lady was super lovely and helpful. Thank you very much. I will most definitely be staying again.
