“Great place to stay, close enough to the city”

Great location for Jackson Street Petone, and only minutes from Wellington by car. Was a great base and the staff were friendly and helpful, with the facilities being available exactly as advertised. Also looks like the public transport into wellington was pretty frequent, although we never made use of it at the time. Would definately use this hotel again

The owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Close by (walking distance) there are many affordable restaurants. This motel is very convenient for access to Wellington and the ferries.

So close to Wellington this was better than the Travellodge in the CBD . Traffic is traffic in New Zealand We slept lbeautifully in a compfy bed. A walk on the jetty most nights and the rooms have everything you need everything and spacious and clean a definate .recommendation. Its old on the outside but better than the travellodge on the inside. Bonus parking at your room close to good food too and shops. try sopranos Cafe in Jackson street lunch and Firemans arms must visit and eat fireball Pizza.

“Comfortable, clean, convenient”

Room is not large, but perfectly fine for two people. Spotlessly clean. A reasonable walk or short drive to Petone's funky Jackson St, with many cafes and interesting specialty shops.

“RWC stay in Petone”

My wife and I booked to stay 2 nights at the motel to attend the RWG in Wellington. We were treated with a fireworks display from the pier right in front of the motel. The motel is close to the railway station and commuting into Wellington was easy. Will stay there again. Much cheaper than Wellington Central.

Good value motel - I was booked into a 2-bedroom apartment despite being by myself - but I enjoyed the extra space.

“Convenient Out of Town Location for Interislander”

We booked this hotel as it was convenient for the Interislander Ferry and avoided a central Wellington location. It is situated on a busy road but this posed no problem and we had a view of the bay.The room was very comfortable and well equipped.
