"Room I booked on Expedia was different than the one I got, and Omni staff didn’t want to help. Didn’t stay the night bc it was not what I needed. The photos on Expedia showed a nicer room than what they have. The pool area is mostly for kids, and the hot tub is a little gross. The lobby and other areas are fine it’s just dated."

"The evening staff were super inviting welcoming they were awesome the morning staff were not very helpful I called and called valet no answer no I called the front office and they weren’t help I was told to go to valet and ask for my car what an inconvenience the Beds were super comfortable"

"There was power outage in the building. The staff could have called the individual room and updated us what happened or what was happening. But there was absolutely no communication. When I check out, the front desk lady took my email and said she would email me the receipt. It has been 24 hours and no email as yet."
