Odors. Redoing bathroom and chemical offing. Jacuzzi didn’t work. No coffee in am. Windowsill and curtain not attached. Bedspread visibly soiled. Never again.

Room was dirty, staff was unfriendly and the owner shouldn't be running a motel... The harassment after the initial complaint was insufferable and be careful bringing service animals because they will accuse you of lying about it if you have any complaints about the motel. We initially booked for 2 nights but had to stay somewhere else due to the harassment and they refused to refund our 2nd night

Your concerns are important to us and we are committed to addressing the issues. Upon investigating the issue with staff.. room was clean and recent renovated washroom. We are pet friendly hotel and we allow service animals without PET FEE. In-Order to waive off the charges for PETS we need to have proper documentation to show they are service animals and otherwise pet fee need to pay. And you're were declined to show the documents for service animals and start arguing with the front desk staff. we had other guest came with service animals and we had enough documentation to see they are service animals but for your dogs we didn't had any sort of paperwork to see they are service animals. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Super 8, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Our stay was terrible. Our room was dirty, dishes and empty beer bottles under the beds, mold behind and on the toilet as well as in the bath tub. The bathroom smelled horrible. Dirty floors, broken lamps and ver run down. The pool area was dirty, staff allowed small children to swim by themselves unsupervised and the hot tub was barely warm. They also closed the swim area well before the posted closed time. Some the breakfast food was moldy. Overall it was absolutely not worth the money that we paid for the room and was very disappointing !!

It was busy weekend and houseful due to state level swim event and hockey tournament in the town, getting the room reservation for this weekend 02/29 to 03/03 was challenging for people that were travelled to the town. regarding hot tub water: kids were using since from 02/29 and we had to clean every day to maintain the clean water that was the reason hot tub water not an expected warm. we are working on renovation work in the washrooms. we had to close the pool early because of kids were playing in the pool from 9am. we unlock the pool door at 9am and our staff is not responsible for supervision the kids in the pool. Again I apologies for inconvenience during the stay.

It was incredibly noisy with doors slamming, hallway voices echoed. Breakfast was gross. There were lots of carbs, walmart donuts with no utensils to use, zero protein options. Staff was kind enough.

Had doubts about the cleanliness of the hot tub, since there was no circulation and the water level was abnormally low. The staff were non-native English speakers and very difficult to understand, and spoke in a foreign language to each other which was slightly disconcerting. The room itself was fine. Life jackets of various sizes were provided at the pool, which was greatly appreciated.

Never cleaned your room the entire stay of 3 nights, it was dirty when we arrived, shiwer didnt drain, you could hear everything in all rooms and people outside, it was all around not a great stay.

Once we found the hotel we were disappointed to have to climb to the 3rd floor with our bags. We arrived after dark and there was NOTHING to identify the hotel. Street signs were hard to read. We must have driven by 7 or 8 times before we noticed a small Wyndham sign. By the time we got registered and our bags into our room it was difficult to find a place to eat. Not our best night!

What we booked for, we did received. A bed to sleep in. Unfortunately there was some concerns. The Bathroom was smelly, I could not figure out where it came from. The bathroom need attention, overall. i felt dirty even after taking a shower. I do not like to give bad reviews, but hopefully someone will fix them small things, the next guy might not be as lenient than i am. The Coffee machine was dirty on the inside, so we did not used it at all, although it seems like just old coffee that hardened in the machine, i would not use it if its not clean. The fridge we could not use the freeze part as it was clogged up and one solid piece of ice. Other than that it was not bad. We slept well and warm, and were safe.

Came in on crutches and they refused to help me get my luggage. Tv didn't work properly wouldn't help. Room smelled said they didn't smell anything. Hot tub jets didn't work hot tub was lukewarm. Upon checkout didn't even ask how things were. Bathroom was dirty and broken.

Air conditioner did not work right. Although we had a small dog, the room we stayed in smelled like it had a 100 animals in it that urinated on the carpet and it was not shampooed.

The room had a mildew smell. The whole floor had obviously been flooded and not repaired properly. I booked a room for 5 people and the room could hardly fit us. One of us had to sleep on the floor.
