"I never write reviews, but this is crazy and important:
At 4am, the front desk clerk gave my room number to an intoxicated man who walked in looking for my 6 year old son. WHAT?!
No one asked my permission or called me. They just took this man's word that he just wanted to leave something by my door. He did not. He banged on the door, woke us up, and could easily have forced his way into the room.
Now, in the end, we were safe. But this is so wildly unsafe and completely unacceptable. NEVER give out a guests room number to ANYONE without their permission.
I'm absolutely furious about this.
It's especially disappointing because, otherwise, our stays was pretty good.
The rooms are refreshed, but not super clean. Dirty corners in the tub, stains on the shower curtain and discoloration on the bedsheets.
But bottom line, please, PLEASE, talk with your staff about basic privacy and safety for guests! Do better."
