"The intake employee was very kind and helpful. The management was not kind. I was extending my stay and I wanted new bed linens. The beds linens were never changed. The electronic key to enter the room had to be programed each day. I am a retired person some limitations and two grand children accompanying me. We were on the 3rd floor last room. The total indifference of management is beyond words."
