"Our stay was excellent, from ease of check-in to the excellent condition of the room and comfort of the bed. The only criticism I have is the guests right above our room were jumping around in their room and there air conditioner had a squeak. We solved the issue by bringing our fan in from the car that we happened to bring along. From now on we'll always bring a fan with us. Our night from then on was perfect!"

"The office staff were all very professional and friendly. My visit was due to flooding of my home from the Ohio river. I wasn’t informed until the evening of 4-3 that I needed to evacuate now, as the River was over the bank and would continue flooding the area. I haven’t driven at night time in 6-7 years, so the drive over to the hotel was extremely stressful for me. The hotel allowed my late arrival.
