The beds were amazing! So comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The first staff lady at check-in was just so-so. The last lady at check out was nicer. We did have kids running around and jumping above our heads which is your worst nightmare while staying at a hotel; however, by 11pm the noise stopped, so we were able to get some sleep. It was going again in the morning but I guess they checked out by 11 because we didn't hear ir the second night. other than that, it was pretty good.

I think people with children need to be on the ground floor and all together in one section. That way when people like me are there to sleep I don’t have to listen to children running jumping and slamming doors all night. Parents today do not discipline their kids or teach them respect. I paid good money to stay there and got zero sleep.

We stayed here during the dog show at Purina Farms. It was convenient to everything they put us on the ground floor by the back door making for an easy in and out with the dogs. Hotel clerk was very helpful and pleasant

Terrible business
I never booked this particular stay and they are trying to charge me regardless. Last time i stayed here the charged me ahead of time even though i reserved as pay at property and they charged more than the amount i booked for. They never made that right and now want to give me a hard time over something i never even booked. Looks like you are doing bad business on your end and taking advantage of people.

Comfortable stay
Clean and very comfortable bed. This basic room offers all the necessary amenities and the hotel managed to place several family together in the same hallway of rooms. The staff were friendly and they even opened the common room so we could all gather in the evenings.

Okay for the price

The lady I checked in with in the evening was very nice but the night time front desk staff was very rude. The room was not very clean. There was a Lady being arrested in the hotel parking lot the 2nd day we were there. Definitely not worth the price.

Good service and very clean.
The room and facility was very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is great for travelers looking for restaurants or shopping. The check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her about a business or two that I wanted to visit. The clerk looked up the information and called our room with it shortly after we got into our room. She was very helpful and much appreciated.

It was a place to stay for $125 a nite...clean and refreshed. Breadkfast was good..conveniently located.Dairy Queen next door what more could you want!!! Was disappointed they do not clean at all..and even when I requested a linen change one nite...we got the towels but didn't even wipe out the sink...no a biggy but seems the higher the prices go the lower the service goes.

Overall the stay was good. The staff was pleasant and courteous. My only complaints were first, that there was no elevator, which I don't mind taking stairs but is difficult with heavy luggage, and secondly and biggest complaint was that the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

There is no elevator!
I don't understand why this hotel has such positive reviews. This place is average, at best. NO WHERE did I see mentioned that there is no elevator, or I would not have stayed here. I was passing through after an extended family emergency and I had a lot of things with me--I was not going to make multiple trips up the stairs, so I asked to be reassigned to a 1st floor room. Luckily there was one available because there are only 4 rooms on the first floor--and then I felt bad for taking one of the few accessible rooms from someone who might need it. The front desk person was nice enough, I guess, but she was by herself and there were two parties in front of me when I checked in so it took forever. And then when I realized there was no elevator, I had to wait again to ask for a new room. Other than that, it was comfortable enough for an overnight stay?
