The people at the front desk were very nice except when I called twice to ask for a cab to the airport, nobody answered. I had to go down to the desk only find a gentleman eating. When I told him I had called twice, he just looked up from his food and said nothing until I asked about a cab. I was also very frustrated about an extra $40.00 per day resort fee. This was not indicated when I booked the ticket. There were vouchers available to offset this but you had to remember to have them with you. There was no coffee available in the lobby unless you paid $6.00 tip (unless you had a voucher) that was included automatically on the bill. The overall experience was good but there were a few irritations.
