Great location and love the decor - we also had a great view from our room on the 8th floor. We travelled with a young baby - got the impression the hotel did not favour families. Could not cater for allergies at the cafe onsite for breakfast.

We came to D.C. to see the Bonnard exhibition at the Phillips Gallery which was a 10 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood. No complaints. It might be good to put detailed instructions on how to enter and exit the under hotel parking garage for guests on the website or in an email.

The ladies at the front desk are not quite personable, seem to be very frantic, and just overall not a good experience with them. The hotel it self was nice. The pool was not open as yet but the sitting area was well kept and the coffee bar on site was amazing.

The parking was terrible, they tried to charge me to park in the garage from Wednesday to Monday because that’s how long my stay was but I didn’t get a rental and start parking in the garage till Friday. We had to get almost 5 different room keys because our room key wasn’t working. I have stayed at some pretty bad hotels but this hotel was terrible. I can say a whole lot more wrong about the hotel.
