We love traveling through Heathrow! It's a huge airport so be sure you are ready for walk/run/ride, but we travel through a lot and always have a good experience.

My one night stay
Nice hotel with perfect location in case you travel by bus or plane. Super close to bus station and the airport. Room is clean, spacious, windows may open (its really important for me). Very pleasant staff. By the way, food in the restaurant is good! And dont order many from the menu at once, first see how big is the first ordered one :) may be it will be more than enough ))

The good: First, all of the staff that I interacted with were fantastic. The bar and restaurant have amazing food. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport. The Bad: every emergency exit on the first floor was locked from the outside. I tried the four closest exits to my room and they were all locked. Not locked as in you have to swipe your room key but locked as in, the door will not open. Hopefully there is not a fire or any real emergency before this is rectified.

We stayed overnght at Novotel Warsaw Airport due to long connections between flights and it was perfect. The hotel is right on the bus route and only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the old town. Staff were amazingly helpful and the hotel provides a free taxi back to the airport any time of the day. Our kids enjoyed the childrens indoor play area, outdoor playground and outdoor pool. The breakfast was exceptional. All in all, a very good stay.

We had a great stay at Novotel Warsaw Airport. The staff were extremely good and helpful. Getting there is quick either by taxi (7min) or on the 175 bus (15 min). The hotel provided a taxi back to the airport as part of their service. The room was comfortable and the outdoor pool a hit with the kids. The restaurant looked very good to though we did not use it and left too early to comment on it.

They come cleaning after I come back from work at 3 pm so the room was never cleaned for the whole week. They have a meeting room with food and coffee in the corridor so it was really noisy. The staff is not friendly at all and they claim to have a gym but it’s one trade mill and few dumbbells. The massage is terrible and the food in the restaurant is no standards so I ordered the same plate two days in a row and each day it will come different! By far one of the worst hotels I been to

the communication is absolutely a failer - sent several emails, and made many calls and I could not get through to the front desk. and I understood why when we arrived (I was able to reach over the phone to the front desk we agreed on payable early check-in )-- well when we got there were no one at the front desk and when we called for someone the answer was no free rooms when - which is a lie as the hotel was half empty. when we were waiting for the check-in with an empty front desk the phone was ringing all the time - I guess other travelers were not able to contact the hotel too. after many attempts to get checked in and talks staff offered us a free airport shuttle - which was nice and we thank you for that - BUT please work on your communication skills!!!!
